Yes, this time I have a birthday wish for everyone's favourite anti-social, moody, misunderstood, good-lookin' Final Fantasy character... Squall Leonhart! Also known as Leon in Kingdom Hearts.

Squall grew up with a tough life... Mother dying in childbirth, Father abandoning him... having to grow up in an orphanage among his rival. Only to forget it all in a few years. *reads back of game case* When he was 17 he became a member of an elite military team called SeeD, and was forced into a conflict beyond imagination. To survive, he contended with said desperate rival, powerful sorceresses, and his own myserious dreams.
Near the end of his quest, he found himself in love with the carefree, beautiful Rinoa Heartilly, promising to stay by her side through whatever trials they may encounter in the future. Meaning he got the girl in the end. Like every other main male character. XD So he became Rinoa's knight, as she was a sorceress. The last we have seen of the two, they were sharing their first kiss on the balcony on Balamb Garden, as the school floated off into the night...

*sob*

Okay, there's my little tribute to Squall. My favourite RPG character of all time. Love ya!

Braces... oh fun

Well, I got my braces today, folks. Not very much fun. I'll probably have them until at least midway through grade twelve. *sigh*
Not too much soreness right now, but I'm sure it'll get worse. Eating takes twice as long, and I have to give up my sugary gum.:( But it's all for the best, right?
This cute little girl came to the door not even five minutes ago asking me to sponsor her for something. I felt so bad for her because she was so shy and scared. But kid, I have to money. And my parents aren't home. Sorry. I felt terrible. She was so cute.
Anyway, my show's on in seven minutes. I'll go.

Well Sarah's off to the cabin for 10 days... yes, yes... and leaving me behind... *sigh* That's okay. I'll just once again sit out my pitiful existence at home, until my brain is wasted away from all the computer and video game time I've been putting in.XD Have a good time.
I'm starting work on my AMV, but I still have some taping to do. My bro's giving me a crash course on video editing tonight. And then tomorrow he's off to his Gargoyles convention with my sister.
Oh God... one week until I get my braces...*sob*
Work is crappy as usual. But I'm hoping to get a job at the new grocery store a ways from here. That's it.

Yesterday was IMAX day, where Sarah and I went to see HP3. I thought it was much better a second time around. And I had the most disgusting slush puppie EVAR. It tasted like... medicine or something. That's really the only way I could describe it. Blah. We also went to her grandpa's house where we swam and had dinner. Fun stuff.:)
Well, today is the day where I volunteer at a museum for four hours. I don't think it'll be too bad. Wish me luck.:)

My first entry

Woo! Here I go. First journal entry. Now what to talk about? I'll copy Sarah, and just describe my day.
Hmm... I got up early, unintentionally of course. Before 7:00. Way too early for summer holidays. Had some ice tea to wake me up, and then went downstairs to play Final Fantasy VII. Did a bit of taping with that, then frantically searched for this audio cable thingy so that I would have sound when taping off of Alan's computer. No luck. So I didn't get around to making my music video today.:(
After that I went back to sleep for a while. Discovery: sleeping is really nice. I mean, I've never really fully appreciated it until now. I phoned Sarah a few times, tried to make plans to meet and work on Kingdom Hearts. No luck with that either. Maybe another time. Had lunch, went on the computer, went outside... stuff like that. Talked to Sarah about different methods of execution. Right before dinner. Yeah, bad idea. At 5:30 I went to work. I slaved away in the firey depths of hell, or in other words, the restaurant I work at. I saw someone come in that looked like my old friend, Tera, but it's highly unlikely. So I did dishwashing, burned my fingers on hot dishes, burned my arm on the dishwasher itself, and did some potato-washing. Fun. But I did get off an hour and a half early. Which is nice. No clean-up. Got home and played some Final Fantasy X. I'm at Home (Al Bhed Home...). Then at eight, I watched Big Brother 5. Diane won HoH, and put up Scott and Jase. Sweet. Then at nine I came on the internet, checked Icy's, checked mugglenet, and got an account at livejournal.com.
Tomorrow, Sarah and I are seeing Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban at IMAX! W0ot:D. On Monday, I'm working at the Mennonite Heritage Village, since it's Pioneer days. Selling ice cream is fun, right? ...
On Tuesday (drumroll)... Amazing Race! Colin! *swoon* Oh, and work and Big Brother. I can't wait. *gasp* Must leave before hyperventilation at the thought of new Colin footage reaches extreme.:D
